I’m so sad that it’s over and I have to leave that world. I haven’t felt like that about a world in a long time. I actually feel similarly about the Innkeeper world and the Maggie world.

It was so good. I like the Nevada books but I LOVED the Catalina books and how they all tied together. I’m obsessed. I’m going back to listen to all the Hidden Legacy books.

And honestly, I kinda love that they are limited series. I know this might be controversial but I kinda ran out of steam with the Kate Daniel’s books I feel like it was seven or eight and I was like, ugh, just kill the big bad already!

There are definitely some series of books that wear out their welcome. Also I just want to say and I’m sure that it’s been said before, but the fact that Ilona Andrews has basically 5 unique worlds (although I know that there is crossover but you get what I’m saying), like come on. That is so creative and amazing. There are authors who can’t even build one world successfully.

This is just a silly fan post but thank you Ilona and Gordon. Thank you for creating these worlds that I want to escape to. In my mind. Unless all that medical magic/tech is really real and then I would love to actually fight and be cool in your worlds.

It was my birthday last night (51! Woohoo) and all I wanted for my birthday was to share my Off Campus obsession. My 82 year old mom loves rom-coms and her 32 year old neighbor liked the first two episodes, so they came over to share ice cream cake and sexy ice hockey fake dating.

My mom really liked it, she kept mentioning the music (one of my favorite parts). She loves guessing plot points and figured out all the major beats in the first episode. My mom’s neighbor loved the music too (“perfect mix of classics and new songs”).

Anyone else introducing the show to their friends/family when they do the rewatches? I have no problem re-watching the first couple of episodes. Although watching an episode called The Orgasm with your mom is definitely an experience lol. Also I loved that our three generations bonded over the cuteness of the love story. The fake dating trope might be unrealistic but man it is classic!
