ATL to CSP pay scale
I was a csp for about 6 years and then an ATL for 3. I know I will take a pay reduction this year since I will again be a csp, I'm just hoping I won't go back to bottom of the pay scale for csp's. Does anyone know if they will take our years of experience into consideration?
