Hello everyone! I woke up this morning with a negative balance on my student account. Will my refund be processed today or over the weekend?

I'm moving to California from FL in 3 weeks. I like luxury things my salary is 115k is that enough? I'm 27 single no kids and I'm not married. I'm looking for 2 bed 2 bath. I'm looking for a townhome or penthouse. My thing is I want a garage and the main bathroom to have a tub and shower.
I'm getting a Tesla before I move so I can save on gas. I’m not trying to buy a house. My job is located in Valencia CA. I have another offer in Sacramento that’s 130k is that better? I’m willing to drive 30 mins to work and also please give me the best areas to live in. I do receive a 15k stipend from school each semester as well. So I’m thinking I will use that to make up my rent some instead of using my income. Also I will not be taking taxes out the first 3 months.

Has anyone received their refund my account went zero yesterday but I haven’t received anything yet
