I work at an independent mid size firm in Newcastle, and have been offered a promotion to Assistant Manager. I am ATT qualified with 4 years post qualification experience. I have been offered a salary of £36K for the new role, which is a 15% difference to CTA qualified friends/colleagues doing the same role. Is this normal? Is this the current market salary for a ATT qualified Assistant Manager?
