Terminated for upt now they're emailing me after

Terminated for UPT issue not being resolved by DLS

I was terminated after months of trying to get DLS to fix my UPT. I had an intermittent leave for last March to this March (approved with documentation) and I needed many days to be corrected due to an A to Z error. I tried multiple times over months to email my case manager, who told me that it would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I only got a portion of the UPT back and never got the full amount, so after months of this going on, I was still negative and recently just got fired because of this.

I tried to appeal with many screenshots of the email threads and explained the situation in detail. Appeal was still denied and I'm 100% terminated.

Now, two days later, I'm receiving an email from DLS saying that they can see that many days were not put in, and that's they're creating a ticket to refund my UPT. I'm so confused? I am still terminated. How am now getting UPT back? Could this result in me getting my job back?

I tried calling DLS and they couldn't see the email that I was talking about. They said that I just need to wait for a response from the person who sent that email, and I'll get a response in 24-48 hours.
