One of the homeowners wants to at least their unit even though there are over 40% at least already, above the CCR’s. I’m worried that the board of the HOA will not standing there. Is there a municipal or state authority I can turn to?

My windows open with a hand crank and the mechanism has failed on four of them. Are there recommendations for repairing them?

We are part of it 11 unit townhome condominium complex and the water bill runs $4200 a month. Seems very high to me but would like to get feedback from neighbors in Beverly Hills who have a similar property. What is your water bill like?
