For first year, supplementary is for 75marks or 100?

So I unfortunately failed in physics by 4marks but lab i got 88/100. My doubt is do I have to write supplementary out of 100m for theory or also repeat LAB AGAIN. Many seniors told me only supplementary for theory is enough, but here’s what our first year coordinator said, I’m confused will it be out of 100 directly or do I repeat lab again too?💔
