Scrolls of the Wise/Nioh
Is there a limit on how many orange buffs (Ultimate stat/mystic skill) can be on them? Trying to farm another ultimate stat but it's not showing up. It seems Scrolls of the Wise can only have two oranges and Scrolls of the Nioh can only have four?
Been doing one scroll at least a dozen times now and the stat doesn't roll any oranges. Is RNG just being RNG?
