Need to upgrade GPU and maybe other stuff, zero clue what I'm doing

So my PC is a thing I got from a friend, who got it from some other guy. I mostly use it for gaming and streaming, and it's mostly gotten the job done minus some minor hiccups. I'm able to play most modern stuff that I want like Elden Ring and stuff like that, but I do have the occasional issue with streaming and running higher-end games like that at the same time.

I don't really know ANYTHING about building a PC, and have been going at this because I got a PC that was already built. The most I've done is add a couple new RAM sticks and an SSD to load games off of, which I even had some trouble with those lol. So I really don't know what's good or how outdated any individual part of the build is at this moment. I usually have been good just playing whatever with little problems, until today.

I just got the new Forza Horizon, and ran into the issue of my graphics card not being supported. I tried looking some stuff up for an upgrade, and realized I may be out of my depth considering then I have to think about the motherboard, and cooling fans and stuff like that. I really have zero clue where to even begin, so I resorted to asking, hat in hand, here.

I'd mostly just like to upgrade a couple things that seem to need upgrading, mostly for helping out with streaming games and playing stuff like Forza at at least the minimum.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz, 3001 Mhz, 8 Cores(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Graphics Card: Radeon RX 570 Series

Motherboard: ASRock B360M IB-R1

RAM: 32 GB

OS: Windows 10

I'm so in the weeds here that I'm not even sure which specs I'm supposed to list, so please bear with me here. Like I said, I'd like at least to be able to play newer games and stream them, but no clue where to start. I guess GPU would be the first thing? I also really don't wanna break the bank, but at the same time don't want to get stuff that's just gonna instantly be outdated when I get it. My budget is pretty lenient, but I can't spend like thousands on this.

Thanks in advance
