Beat up 1928-S Vam 3?

So I got into coin collecting pretty hard recently and have been going through all my old Morgan’s/Peace dollars I got a while ago. I found what I believe is a 1928-S Vam 3 doubled motto. I know the coin is rough and makes it probably not worth much over melt but thought it was really cool. Is this a Vam 3 and is it normal for the whole coin to be doubled? I’ve been looking at it a while and I feel like there is doubling everywhere.

I have 185gb that I kind of forgot about. One is an Utah 1gb and if I’m remembering correctly that was one of the first? I’d like to sell them if this is an acceptable place to do that. If not, I apologize.

Thinking about doing my first send off for grades with some of my other ones. Any thoughts on how this would grade is much appreciated!

My grandpas coin collection was split among his grandkids (like 30 ways hah) it was mostly proofs and such but it got me started. These are some of my very recent additions.

I didn’t intend to get Indian heads, but these ones were gorgeous and felt like I had to do it. Also got some good looking walking liberty halves that I’m pretty excited about. Sorry the pictures aren’t great.
