I'm currently in the 4th tier of French football, projected to be promoted at the end of this year. Mattéo Petitgenet is my current keeper, he's performing pretty well, but his agility is not great and he is on his last few months of his contract. Petitgenet wants 25-30k a year and Elias Damergy wants about 21k a year. I'm under the impression that it is much easier to raise mental stats over physical stats, and I could send Elias on leadership training courses to raise his communication and leadership skills.

I'm leaning towards Elias Damergy due to the fact that he is younger and has much higher agility. But there is the problem with the communication and leadership skills, I'm not sure if I can improve those with a leadership course.
