Kyphosis

I’ve attached my MRI scan. I’m experiencing pain in my lower back in particular, but one of the doctors said there was nothing wrong with my back. I asked him why I was in pain, and he said it might be a muscle-related issue and that physiotherapy would do me good, but it didn’t help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Travel to Albania with refugee travel document

Hey everyone. I would be grateful if I somebody answer my question. I am planing to go to Albania with Irish refugee travel document. Anybody knows can I travel to Albania without visa. As far as I know I can cuz Albania official website says yes if travel document was issued EU . Well, as you know, Ryanair can be a bit of a pain, so I wanted to get some ideas
