Requesting expedited shipping for Lenovo India order due to travel on 4thJune
Hi everyone,
I placed an order on Lenovo India website on 13 May 2026 for the IdeaPad Slim 5 Gen 10 AMD AI R7 (SKU: 83HY007FIN).
Current status:
Estimated shipping date: 25 May 2026
Delivery PIN code: (non-metro area)
Product is non-customized/prebuilt SKU
I also opted for Lenovo exchange via Cashify. Since exchange was not available in my city, I selected another city and will need to travel for the exchange process as well.
Cashify message says exchange process/link starts 48–72 hours after delivery of the new laptop.
My issue:I have to leave town permanently for around 1 year on 4 June 2026, so I need enough time for:
Laptop delivery
Exchange initiation
Pickup/completion process
Lenovo support replied that they cannot escalate because order is within promised timeline.
I wanted to ask:
Has anyone recently received Lenovo India prebuilt laptops earlier than estimated ship date?
How long does delivery usually take after shipment for non-metro areas?
How reliable/timely is the Cashify exchange process after delivery?
Would appreciate honest recent experiences, especially from Lenovo India buyers.
