I've tried many grade subliminals over the years but now I'm kinda in a burn out phase and constantly brain fogged that it takes me longer than usual to grasp a concept, what should I do to fix this??

I don't just want good grades, I want to UNDERSTAND everything I'm learning quickly and efficiently.

Especially since I'm in a very math heavy/scientific field, I wanna be precise and fast with calculations like I was before.

I don't just want surface level knowledge, i get obsessed with learning and deep dive into it, but i can't seem to get that flow back while learning maths, physics, chemistry.

Do you guys have any suggestions that give quick results??

I'm in a bit difficult phase of my life rn, in an academically demanding environment I want to know about my career/wealth/future.

I'm inclined towards tech fields, but I'd love to expand my educational horizons further in the future. I wanna know if I will get a satisfactory job, or more, perhaps.

I wanna know more but I'll keep it vague, do tell if you can see anything interesting in my chart, I'm very curious!
