I got my iud removed back in November 2025 after having it for about 2.5 years I started bleeding on December 25th and bleed nonstop until February 16th (about 7 weeks) I went to the emergency room because I started feeling really lightheaded and nauseous they tested my blood levels said everything was fine and prescribed me a birth control pill to stop the bleeding I took it for two days the bleeding stopped after four days the bleeding returned for another five days before stopping. I didn’t have a period throughout all of march and April then I started bleeding again may 4th and haven’t stopped since (about 2.5 weeks) my plan was to start trying to conceive as soon as possible but I haven’t had any regular cycles yet I’ve tried tracking my ovulation with the strips and CM but since my body has been so wonky it’s hard to keep track of. Was just wondering if anyone has been through anything similar or has any advice?
