Carbon 2 Printing Issues
So I bought the Carbon 2, loved it, looks great and ran for several months with no issues basically right out of the box with stock settings. Then about 2 weeks back i started a print overnight and the PLA didn't stick and the entire hot end was filled with solid filament. I ordered replacement steel hot end from Amazon, which is what it came with, installed it no issue, and from that point on I couldn't print a damn thing. Every single print refuses to stick to the bed, I've cleaned the bed, adjusted all the settings including z offset, bed and nozzle temp, print speed etc. Not a single print would stick, and last night I managed to get a halfway decent benchie to stick to the cool side bed. So I tried another print feeling optimistic, only to see the hot end completely filled with PLA again. I'm at a loss about what to do at this point, I'm tempted to contact the company, any suggestions?
