I will pay my one months salary after my probation period ends.

i work as an assistant manager (operations and business development) in company based out of gurugram, I get 25k inhand right now, I have total experience of 1 year 4 months till now, I have worked in 3 companies till date 3 months + 6 months + 5 months in this one, if anyone has authority in thier hands to either refer me or hire me or give me a job then please help me.

My expectations : 35k-40k inhand + pf , 5 day work week, and non toxic culture.

i am writing this bcs I have seend people with authority hire thier family members or known people without any experience or skills. I dont have connections that is why I am offering my one month salary.
