...of buying a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart coffee maker when I'm unable to log in to the Keurig App?

I have been trying to to sign into the Keurig app without success...and I have even changed my password...but with no success.

Seriously, what is the point of having a supposedly smart coffee maker when I can't actually use the so-called smart features?

It seems to me, based on the incessant emails that I receive from Keurig pleading with me to buy something, that they're all about sales and NOT about service.
