Kinetico K5 moving from 4 filters down to two filters. How to stop water from flowing through 2 holes where filters were removed?
I have a Kinetico system that I inherited (so I don’t have a relationship with Kinetico). I just replaced the purple and orange filters. I tried to just remove the grey and blue filters but when I turn the water back on, water flows through the holes where the blue and grey filters connect. Does anyone know how to stop the water from flowing out through those holes? Do I need a part to cover them? Do I need to do something to the system to close them? Any help would be appreciated!!
