I’m trying to book my annual boiler service but keep getting this message.

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading www.britishgas.co.uk (see the browser console for more information).

I have tried 6 different web browsers between 5 different devices.

Anyone any ideas what it is or how to fix it? British Gas is the only website it’s happening on.

Is it a me problem or a British Gas one?
