I have an idea, and I’m looking for some advice…
I won’t take it on board, in fact I’ll refute it with the brilliance of the idea itself.
In fact don’t even leave a comment, you filthy pleb.

I've written a story set in Britain, about living as a British person who grew up in Britain who does British things like going to a British school, eating British food, and enjoying British culture. But my American beta readers find it unrelatable??? Do I just rewrite the whole thing into another American high-school drama so they can enjoy it?
I'm looking to backup my Google Drive and studio projects onto a dedicated unit that'll be just for dumping data.
I was thinking of just buying a 4T HDD and just dumping things onto that, but is that wise?
What systems are you guy running?
If you are ever stuck on a story, or find yourself in writer's block, remember to ask yourself;
What would Brandon Sanderson do?
If your answer wasn't "Eat heavy metals",
🚨BZZZ WRONG🚨
Eat some tungsten, fuckwad.

So I made this track 12 years ago (when I was new to production), and on the vocals I used this dithering plugin that came from a plugin suite by some guy that had a BUNCH of no UI VSTs that did loads of effect and DSP stuff. But I have no idea what it could have been, and even now listening back it doesn't really sound like a dither...
But what I want, is this thing between a fuzz, a bit crusher, and a gate. Something that that chops the audio and makes it sound really broken like a fuzz, but dosen't add in all the high end noise like a bit crusher. I can almost get there with a fuzz I've build in Bitwig, but so get it to break up like I want it adds way too much noise.
Advice welcome..
