Is this histamine intolerance?
I’ve been struggling over the past 2 years as a 21 year old male with constant digestive issues like bloating, gas, weird stools, edema/puffiness reaction in face, bloodshot eyes, dark purple ish eye bags, and mental symptoms. It’s usually in reaction to supplements sometimes, meals, alcohol and stress I think too. What are some root causes you guys have noticed?
