surprisingly as a junior transfer I got accepted into pride place housing. I was so eager to live off campus, but honestly they cost around the same to live on campus or off. I’d be dumb if I denied it right? anyone else on here get accepted?

There aren’t many reviews online, but has anyone had any experience with courtyard lofts? The area is very convenient and the price is also pretty good, but im sure there’s a catch or some kind of trade off
I’m looking at some off campus apartments, and I’m currently choosing between Shadowood, university lake, union, and lark. I honestly don’t want to pay over 1.5k, but I want to be a nice distance from campus, avoid roaches, and be in a considerably safe area. I haven’t seen much in university lake, but it’s a good price for a 1 bed room. Can anyone share their experiences with any of these apartments?
