Oven was not installed properly. Grou d wire not connected to anything?
Samsung oven was installed with the ground connected to nothing as shown in the first picture. For a 4 wire outlet, how should it be wired?
My current plan is to remove the gold plate under the white neutral and then put the ground below the neutral (on the frame). My understanding is that gold plate would only be used to connect the ground to neutral in a 3 wire setup.
