Looking for:
• Barrel chair / swivel barrel chair / rounded accent chair style
• Under ~$300 ideally
• Velvet OR another cat-friendly material that won’t trap fur too badly and can hold up reasonably well to cats (performance fabric, microfiber, etc. also welcome)
• Comfortable enough for reading, gaming, working on a laptop, etc.
• Delivery available to a Portland apartment

I have two cats, so I’m trying to avoid fabrics that snag easily or permanently collect fur.

Would love recommendations for local stores/showrooms where I can sit in them in person and hopefully get delivery, or specific chair models you’ve liked. Bonus points if it’s especially cat-resistant.

I went to Thailand for the first time last month and loved the food. My favorite was the crab curry, but even with all of Portland’s Thai food options, I am having trouble finding a crab curry dish in Portland. Can you please comment with your recommendations?

I would also like to know where to find the best khao soi, so please suggest places for that as well.

Lastly, my favorite snack was the Tasto brand crab curry-flavored potato chips. Does anyone know of a store where I can find these in Portland?
