Any class-action lawyers out there wanna take on UBER over un-refunding tolls to drivers?

It's nearly impossible to avoid a tollway in the DFW area. Sure you can talk alternate routes but Riders will get pissed because it takes twice as long. Plus, if your trip distance and time exceeds the estimates calculated by UBER, they reduce driver performance scores.

UBER will also route on you onto Express lanes, which they don't refund at all.

I've had 25 trips this week and found 10 trips where I was under-refunded or not refunded at all.

This has to be happening to all UBER drivers, especially in the DFW area.
