Visiting Hawaii

I will be going on a family trip to Hawaii for the Fourth of July and had a couple questions.

We will be going to Oahu (Ko Olina) and Kauai (Princeville).

We will be staying in condos (not hotels with service) and I will be making cocktails the whole trip as I am the family bartender. My wife and I are big tiki fans and so are planning to bring a few rum bottles and syrups for some of the staples. My family likes drinks on the sweeter side so will be making pina caladas, painkillers and the like as well.

First - what bottles and syrups would you bring / what have you found is readily available / cheap in Hawaii? What are your go tos for beach vacations, and what are some of your favorite batched cocktails for the beach?

Second - we are planning to go to Ko Hana in Oahu and Koloa rum in Kauai. Any distilleries or tiki bars that you think are a must visit?

Thanks for all the help!
