My Lightroom V 15.3

I've been experiencing a very frustrating issue over the past week with Lightroom Classic shortcuts, and I'm hoping someone here might have a solution.

Some of my essential shortcuts have suddenly stopped working, while others work perfectly. For example:

• Auto Exposure works fine.
• Auto White Balance (Ctrl + Shift + U) does not work at all.
• Previous works fine, but Auto Sync does not work.

What I have already tried (and did not fix the problem):

1. Reinstalled older versions of Lightroom.
2. Completely deleted all Adobe folders from my computer (clean reinstall).
3. Closed all background software to prevent conflicts.
4. Tested with a completely different physical keyboard.
5. Ensured my system input language is set to English.

Since a clean reinstall and changing keyboards didn't help, I suspect it might be a Windows registry issue or a deep system-level hotkey conflict that I missed.

Has anyone encountered this specific issue where only some development shortcuts fail? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!
