I’m thinking of buying matcha and would love some recommendations on good brands, quality, grades, etc.

I’m pretty new to drinking matcha. So far, I’ve only tried matcha at cafés, and I definitely prefer water-based matcha over milk-based ones, especially coconut matcha.

Since I’m just starting out, I’d prefer something with medium bitterness rather than something extremely bitter or intense.

I’ll be buying it online in India, so if you have any recommendations for brands or websites that deliver good-quality matcha in India, please share the site/link too!

Also, any tips on what to look for when buying matcha would be really appreciated.
