Hi! I just want to vent out my feelings since I have no one to talk with. My day is ruined right now because of my dad's hypocrisy. He gets furious whenever a voice is raised at him, as if he himself has perfect control of his emotions. I just don't understand his antics, it comes to me as cowardly and pathetic. He always shuts down our feelings because it threatens him - his pride and his ego are too massive for him to be aware of his toxicity.

I just can't symphatize with him anymore now that I'm aware of all the emotional and psychological damages he has inflicted on me throughout the years.
