5 month progression

Followed the protocol for titration, 1mg starting now up to 12mg split pin x2 a week Mon/Thurs. Also added 4mg of Triz split too as well x2 a week for added hunger suppression.

Taking energy blender with Mots C, ss31 and NAD adding 5am once it arrives. Also currently on Test, have been for years as a former "Strongman" taken Tren before too along with a few other orals, also on 4iu of hgh atm gonna increase soon. And Klow80 as well for body recomp.

Diet has been pretty tight since day one, initially was hitting 280gs of protein a day, with calories being around 2000 -2200, now I'm around 220-240gs of protein and calories are at 1700 to 1800 give or take.

Diet mainly consists of; Beef Jerky, egg whites, chicken breast, protien bars/powder/milk, sometimes Greek yogurt and other meats, (Fish, pork, beef)

Currently cruising rn for my test levels but once I hit goal weight of 220~ or finish my 6 months I'll reevaluate and increase Test and jump back on Tren most likely. Bloods are good, kidneys and Liver are good. Everything else is too, feel free to ask any questions you might have or dm directly. My goal body is basically Haslsin from BGS3 😂
