All I've seen on the Internet are activism groups and/or people looking to find partners and hookups

While thats also important too I was wondering if there's places where I can just chill and meet like minded people?

Are hostellers at KTR allowed to stay out overnight at another city (not their hometown) with prior permission from their parents?
