ETH finally breaks above $2000! BMNR 🚀⛽️

Market pricing in positive outcomes from today’s White House meeting. The SEC’s proposed rules yesterday already signal a friendlier stance, and with Trump, SEC Chair Atkins, and CFTC Chair Selig all in the room, expectations are high for clearer regulatory signals or even a push on the stalled CLARITY Act.

Beware of inflation derangement syndrome! 😂 Love Tom Lee sense of humor, sees no Sept rate hike. Finally he calls out the alarmists on wall street.

The clarity act will pass, polymarkets are not the prognosticators you are lead to believe, better off with a rumor driven run up and pass before Oct. All parties win with clarity act we all lose if it fails.

Clarity Act back stop? (I like the effort)

The SEC and CFTC are moving ahead with a crypto regulatory backup plan as the CLARITY Act remains stalled.

Through Project Crypto, the agencies are working together to define crypto asset classifications and develop clearer rules for:

🔹 Staking
🔹 Stablecoins
🔹 Custody
🔹 Token fundraising
🔹 Onchain trading

The SEC and CFTC have already issued a joint interpretation on crypto asset classifications, with additional rulemaking on the SEC’s 2026 agenda.

It doesn’t replace the CLARITY Act, but it could provide the crypto industry with significantly more regulatory certainty while Congress negotiates a final market structure bill.

Another encouraging factor to get the clarity act passed…

This is how Washington sausage is influenced! Election donations!
By Hannah Lang
June 30 (Reuters) - Cryptocurrency companies have spent $189 million so far to influence the 2026 U.S. midterm elections, outpacing their spending for the previous election cycle, according to a new report from Public Citizen, a consumer advocacy ‌organization.
More than one-third of all corporate money contributed to this year's November elections, and primary elections leading up to them, ‌has come from the crypto industry, making it the top corporate political spender, the group said.

Open USD announcement could be clarity act good news

Not only do I bag hold BMNR but also CRCL. The latest headline kicking CRCL down 15% is an announcement of a new stable coin consortium, Open USD, composed of VISA, Stripe, Blackrock, Coinbase & BNY (total of 140 companies) issuing a new stable coin later this year. CRCLE already has a strong presence with a huge list Cash App, Intuit, Visa, JPMorgan, Mastercard, Deel, Gusto, Interactive Brokers, Polymarket, and tons of fintechs, banks, and payment firms.

With so many stable coin players, with trillions in assets, don’t you think that is serious pressure on the Senate to get bipartisan support like in the house to pass it!? We all know, like Nancy, these wonderful people like to make money as much as we do! Polymarket hasn’t changed but polymarket itself also benefits from the clarity act passing! My simple observation.

All this negative crypto sentiment while the Clarity Act is in the government sausage making process. Rumors will likely fuel the next move up. stay tuned as they say!

Both ETH & BTC in lock step… again

ETH Bottomed 12:37 EST @ $1,893 while BTC bottomed 12:37 EST @ $66,959. Algorithms clearly dominating this space. I’m pinning my hopium on robots working in digital assets, pushing crypto instead of dollars by 2030.
