Can Stepdad’s kids step in to dissolve his marriage?

My partner’s stepdad is becoming frail, and now his adult kids are looking to exploit his prenup agreement.

The prenup says he has the right to dissolve the marriage. Could his adult kids say that he’s no longer of sound mind and toss out his wife?

This elderly couple is living in a condo, and there’s a trust involved. I don’t know if that’s the motivator, but these kids are already quite wealthy but they don’t care.

I’m trying to figure out the case of 2 siblings who are U.S. citizens born abroad:

Mom is a U.S. citizen. Dad is Canadian.

When the older sibling arrived in the USA at age 8, his original birth certificate was taken by the U.S. State Department to be permanently held. In return, he was issued a U.S. passport.

When the younger sibling arrived in the USA at age 4… I’m not sure if she was issued a passport or if the U.S. State Department has her original birth certificate… but a Certificate of U.S. Citizen Born Abroad was automatically issued to her at that time.

Can someone explain this variance?
