Please help. For the last few months this built in shutter has not opened even once. When I go into the camera app, the little light beside the closed camera turns on and it looks like the camera works fine (a little light is picked up, just looks like if you put a sheet of paper in front of a lense) except for the shutter that just does not want to open... If there is anything I can do as someone who does not know anything about computers, please tell me.
