First time hitting a normal BMI in 10+ years

Wow I’m so happy with myself ! I did it!!! I know BMI isn’t the best measure but just seeing it in the healthy range is so satisfying. I have a few more kg / lbs to go but this truly feels like a huge milestone.

A big thank you to everyone in this community for sharing their posts. They are what kept me going on this journey and really calmed my nerves. 🥹🥹

Don’t forget to look at the big picture

Hi :) I’ve been seeing a lot of posts of people thinking they are not losing fast enough or calling 2 weeks without weight loss a stall.

This is your reminder that weight loss is not linear. It will fluctuate up or down but your trendline will be the best to observe. I’ve stressed out for weeks where I put on weight or didn’t budge at all, but realized it was normal fluctuation, hormones or my cycle causing retention.

Keep calm and observe 4 weeks at a time - you’ve got this!!!
