UPDATE: So i was able now to post a cape file for some entries. I pulled a report of all our entry numbers connected to my IoR, and it seems like only 1 in 4 shipments compared to the UPS invoice entry numbers are in that list. So I wonder what IoR was then used for all the other entries, and if UPS claims them themselves like they say they will?

so UPS is handling all our shipments from EU to US. the 5701 is stating our US-branch (inc.) IoR number, but the entry number is "SCSxxxxxx", so its tied to the UPS account. So when I post the CAPE file, I get an account mismatch, but since we are the IoR, UPS cant claim it either.... anyone knows how to handle this? thanks!
