What do you need to register a boat in NH? We have an existing boat registered in NH, but the dealership registered that one. We are buying a new/used boat out of state and want to register prior to picking it up. We already saw the boat and bought it. We have the bill of sale, but don’t have the Manufac statement of origin yet. Boat is in storage and dealership has the MSO in hand.
Can we register with just the Bill of Sale and HIN?
