System is becoming stagnant

Is anyone else getting tired of VoIP.ms? Their whole platform feels like the UI is just a thin wrapper around their outdated API, and nothing about it seems modern anymore. Even their new “AI voice agent” features are priced way higher than other platforms offering the same (or better) tech.

Meanwhile, we’re still stuck maintaining their old API structure and dealing with a web interface that looks and behaves like it hasn’t been updated in a decade. It’s starting to feel like they’re bolting new features onto an aging system instead of actually improving the core product.

Is anyone else noticing this, or am I just being too picky? Because honestly, it feels like we should expect more at this point.

Are you all bolting? I don’t feel like the team is advancing or improving.
