I understand that it is recommended to charge the tool with the charger that comes with the tool and also to avoid using the rapid charger if possible to maximize battery life.

I have the string trimmer that comes with a 2.5 Ah battery and a rapid charger. Can I safely charge the 2.5 Ah battery on the charger that came with the mower rather than the rapid charger?.. or would that be asking for problems?
