Should theses units regain their counter sieges multipliers ?

Theses units had multipliers vs sieges units. Right now as i write this only Terracotta riders have counter siege multipliers. Maybe the news civ units could get some multipliers vs sieges units. Or should it stay as it is ? What do you think ?

Here are some of the mistakes in the french traduction of the game that can be easily corrected. Yes Mods exists but i find it unserious that the official french translation contain theses types of issues.
