Converge disconnection: Paid today, but still have an old balance. Will it go back up?
Hi, I have a question about my Converge account. Our monthly plan is ₱1,500. We have had a running balance of ₱3,000 for several months, but our internet was never cut off because we always paid the current month’s bill before the due date. This month, we paid late (just this morning) and the internet is still down. Will it automatically go back up in a few days, or do we have to settle the full ₱3,000 balance to get reconnected?
