That is the video I am following and I am using peaches and cream stripey yarn. It recommends a size 5mm hook which I am using but the loops on my chains look very large. Is that just how cotton yarn is?

I haven’t made the main antler yet I just finished the first part for both antlers but those two rows on the main antler are very intimidating to me. Do I single crochet into the six stitches while still connected to the main antler? I’m very confused.
