Are casual nsfw content accounts for gay lads getting more common/normalised?
Possibly a weird question but sure here we go
I'm 25, gay from Ireland. I started using gay dating apps at 18 and have probably chatted to most gay or bi lads my age in the country at this stage.
Obviously I use Grindr and do the usual stuff on there. I started noticing a big increase in (verified real) lads putting sex vids into the their albums. Not really my style but it's whatever. I took it that in general lads are getting hornier and do it to show off and get more attention.
Over the last few months I've noticed a lot more guys are starting to do online nsfw stuff. Usually anonymised on Twitter. I know a handle of guys who do Onlyfans and are fairly successful. Noticed others I know on Reddit (soz guys) because I recognise there pics.
Is it just me or is this getting a lot more normalised? It doesn't really make a difference to me although I do find it funny when I see an account, click into it because hes fit and then realise "oh thats Eoghan down the road". On the otherside I'm also concerned it will lead to guys getting blackmailed or stalked, have heard plenty of stories anyways
Kinda curious if anyone else has noticed the same. I suppose Ireland is a fairly small country so theres not too many guys anyways.
