Artesian Grand Cayman Control panel stiff

Hi everyone. Last year I purchased a brand new Grand Cayman spa. It has the spinning wheel for the control panel. The control panel feels stiff when you turn it now. It was very smooth when we first bought it. I tried using white vinegar and water to loosen up any debris but it still feels stiff. Any other suggestions?

Hey all. I was wondering what my options are to adding a smart switch. This switch is for my pool lights, and I want to be able to control them remotely. There is a GFCI right above the switch. It doesn’t seem like it has a neutral wire going to the switch. What are my options?
