Cape Meadows 55 and up community

Hi all. Does anyone here have any contact information for Cape Meadows 55 and up community? I have googled, searched instagram and Facebook to try to find an email or phone number for their office. I’ve also emailed various realtors of the properties that are currently for sale and I have not received a response (you’d figure someone would email me back if they’re actually trying to sell the properties). I’m trying to obtain a copy of the community rules as numerous property listings state you have to abide by these rules and ownership of the property is pending until approval by Cape Meadows community. I currently live about 80 minutes away and am tempted to just show up and hope there is an office on site and I can obtain a copy of these rules in person-Worst case scenario I’ll just have to take myself out to lunch if I can’t find anyone 🙃but in all seriousness I’m trying to accomplish something here. Thank you!

Why is this metal grid in my roof?

Hey all- I was trying to figure out why my bedroom and stairwell are so much hotter than the rest of the home. I went into the attic and I find this above my room- why is this there? Obviously it’s letting a lot of heat in. It’s cut into my roof. My attic is dry and clean with no pest damage- I’m assuming it’s for ventilation but how can I prevent the heat from making its way into the livable areas of my home?

Seat etiquette at Citizens Bank/Phillies game

Hi all. Has anyone ever asked for the ushers to help with moving seats at Citizens bank? I went to the Phillies game last night and the gentleman in the seat next to me was halfway spread into my seating area (I kid you not- I actually looked up at one point to the seat in front of me to see if I was overreacting or not and the guy was exactly halfway in my seat as evidenced by his leg being halfway towards the backrest of the seat in front of me). The gentleman wasn’t too comfortable either- because he was a larger man and he did try to keep himself contained in his seat however he truly had no where else to go- he had a friend with him on his left whom was an average size adult male. I was sweating to death. Thank God the seats next to them opened up and I asked the guy if he’d mind moving down and I’d buy him a drink and he was super polite and said no problem. My issue is we are lucky enough to have tickets to tomorrow’s game where it’s supposed to be pretty hot. I don’t want to be a jerk but I also don’t want to sweat to death either- so I’m asking you all here- if this becomes an issue again tomorrow what to do you think the best way is to address it? I feel like a jerk tattle tailing to the usher but at the same time I paid for my whole seat. Thank you!

What happens to the souvenirs?

I’m not sure if anyone here knows the answer- but what happens to the souvenirs that killers keep of their victims? Are they offered back to the families? I recently listened to a podcast about BTK and he killed over decades- and kept souvenirs from various victims. By the time it was discovered BTK was the murderer some of the victims children were now adults- I was just thinking it would be nice if the victims belongings went back to the family.

Bed and breakfast for one?

Hi all-am planning a solo trip to Gettysburg in August. I’ve been before with friends and family and I’m realizing no one matches my level of nerd lol- so I decided to take myself to Gettysburg and spend all the time doing the historical things that I want. I’m totally fine doing things alone and eating alone during the day but the only thing that’s holding me back is I’m a big sissy baby being alone at night. I’m thinking my best option is to stay at a bed and breakfast but I’m having a hard time finding any that offer single traveler rooms-Any recommendations? Thank you!

Help a newbie buy Phillies tix please

Alright. Buying tickets for the boyfriend and I’m getting myself confused by the “View From My Seat” pics. In your opinion- are the seats at level 326 row 3 better to watch the pitcher than say Section 128 row 22? Am I being delusional when I’m thinking it looks like a better view at 326 row 3? What’s your thoughts on the best area to watch the pitcher? Thank you!!

Im posting this in case any of the local seasonal cabin rental owners see this. I live a little over an hour away. I know it’s a daydream- but I would beyond love staying at a campground over the winter. I so wish the seasonal campgrounds were open year round. Do any of you feel this way too or am I the only weirdo here? I’m not a fan of the crowds-and my pale skin laughs at the idea of being on a summer beach. I’ve been to Cape May about seven times these past six months and I just feel like staying there would be great. Alright. I’m snapping myself back to reality. Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi all- has anyone not used numbing cream before they’ve used Tesoro Collagen in their tear trough area? I’m not squeamish re needles- and I’ve given myself numerous fat dissolvers numerous times without any numbing. Im asking because I had a bad reaction to topical lidocaine before- ended up being prescribed steroids, antibiotics, and silvadene after Morpheus treatment from a med spa (the staff thought afterwards that maybe the lidocaine wasn’t taken off all the way before the Morpheus treatment or maybe I’m just allergic to the lidocaine itself). Thank you!
