We have a bunch of travelling coming up and looking into pack n plays for travel sleeping I’m so confused. My baby is 21 pounds and he’s four months. I lift him off the ground all the time but I have to squat and use my legs. I can’t lift him off the ground bending over a tall wall of a pack n play, let alone do it while he’s asleep and I’m hoping to keep him that way… and bassinet inserts aren’t rated for bigger babes.
what are folks with big babies doing for travel sleeping?
Right now we put him in bed while away but it’s hard to get enough rest.

Our four month old is already much longer than our little ikea portable change mat. Any suggestions for a change situation for a bigger baby? We use our portable change table all the time.
He’s also out grown his change table - he’s 27 inches already so just long!

Our 4 month old is 21 pounds and 27 inches. He’s well within limits for the uppababy mesa car seat we have but he’s just so squished in it! Taking him out is tough as he’s so wedged in. But next seat up is way too big. Any recommendations on roomier car seats for big babies?
