Does anyone know for a fact if the shouts use your upgrades when you use a runeword to trigger them? I know the Druid bulwark works that way with the runeword barrier but I'm seeing mixed results here. Graphically it looks like they are doing the talented version but I'm not seeing some effects that should be there alot of the time and then sometimes I think it worked?
Trying to figure out how to get full uptime on WOTB in this expansion, outside of stacking CDR which I haven't gotten around to yet I thought running Harragoth while doing tons of DoT's with full shouts and Marshal glyph would get me there but its nowhere close at all. Even if I managed to get like 30-40% CDR I don't think I'd make it, the Harrogth is triggering so very little it seems.
Anyone managed to figure it out yet or is it just not meant to be 100% anymore?
They are worded differently, I've got a loose understanding of damage mechanics now but this just seems unnecessarily complicated heh.
I assume the transfigured one is the bigger boost considering it's the hardest one to get? Overall should I be looking for things worded like it or is this just a hiccup of the website?
Anyone know if you spend points into Cyclone and take upgrade perks if the free one from Storm 3 piece uses that or if it's a base cyclone only?
Also same kinda question but in regards to the rune Bulwark, does that get my perks or no?
Trying to actually understand how it works mechanically to maximize its damage output instead of just playing slop.
Does total spirit amount effect it positively or is it a waste and you should only have as much max spirit as it can grab per the 2 set bonus(i think 70 per trigger?)
Should we be maximizing spirit regen/on hit so that we constantly have max amount of spirit to burn for the 2 piece proc?
Does it Snapshot? Should I be mindful of my skill activation sequence, should I be using Cata ONLY after I've blown my full spirit on a skill or does it not matter? Etc.
The wording is a littler odd on it but I'm wondering if you only have a single human tagged non ultimate skill on your bar, can it proc extra casts of itself if you are currently using it to cast for procs?
So no matter what I do, clearing out the builds, going naked before trying to equip etc etc, my Druids builds in the armory never let me hit the Equip button.
Did I bug this somehow forever or what? My paladin does not have this issue at all.
So there is an aspect that increases "base form bonuses" by x% and I am so cluless as to what this really means? In this regard I'm playing human builds, any help?
Also in a similar vein "skills cast in base shapeshifting form" means...what?
Did they do a big overhaul on how damage works this expansion? I'm trying to build a LS Druid(doing the big bolt) and I'm sticking with human, taking human multiplier, have vulnerable up 100%, dont have overpower. Have ferocity stacks that affect LS size/dmg, have unique gloves for LS, have full Storm charm set. Have some glyphs running, got 40%x damage to poisoned enemies, far enemie multipliers etc.
I feel like I'm stacking many different multipliers but they must all be going in the same bucket mostly now cause everytime I unlock something new or add something finally that I've been missing my damage does not increase like I think it should.
What am I missing?
