I'm not quite sure how she was even able to do this as I literally looked away for 10-20 seconds only to look down at her making a sound and only the end piece of the pom and connected piece of the tunnel. However I can't find the full piece around, put a pinkie down her throat and didn't feel the string and upon searching the tunnel it's longer than I thought. Advice on monitoring? I have a strong suspicion she has Pica as this is not the first time something like this has happened though she passed it fine the last time. I've had my own medical expenses and can't rush her to the Vet at this time but worried for her and want to know what signs to look out for when I should expect to see it what I can do to help her pass this etc.
