From first dose or from therapeutic dosage?

I'm 19 days into escitalopram (7 days at my therapeutic dose). Dealing with depression and anxiety. Right now I honestly can't tell if it's doing anything, and my head keeps telling me it's not going to work.

For those who've been through it — is day 19 still too early to judge? When did you start noticing something shift? Trying to keep my expectations realistic and not give up too soon.

I've been two weeks weeks on from which 2 days in 20 mg for anxiety depression and ocd. Would it be wise to say that after two weeks it's still to early to tell if it will work?

My biggest fear it's won't work from me
